These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at mljar.com and platform.mljar.com ("Service", "mljar") operated by MLJAR sp. z o. o.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Service. Please contact us at contact@mljar.com so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By using our Service, you agree to be contacted by us regarding essential service- related notifications, changes to our platform, and other important updates. You may also opt-in to receive newsletters and promotional materials, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. You may unsubscribe from receiving any or all of these communications from us by using the unsubscribe link or sending an e-mail to contact@mljar.com

Use of Website

We are not responsible for accidents resulting from the user's failure to meet technical requirements.

Use of MLJAR Studio

MLJAR provides access to MLJAR Studio. That tool is licensed, not sold. By purchasing a license, you are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable rights to use the software under the applicable license terms.

MLJAR remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in this tool. You do not acquire ownership of the software through your license purchase.

You agree not to:

MLJAR reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including releasing updates or upgrades.

MLJAR Studio Licensing

The MLJAR Studio is a desktop application that is designed to streamline the programming process. MLJAR Studio is available under different licensing models, depends on your needs:

  1. Free Version (AGPLv3 License)

    • The free version of MLJAR Studio is open-source and licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3).
    • Any modifications or derivative works made using the free version must also be distributed under AGPLv3.
  2. Proprietary Licenses for Paid Versions (Business, Pro, Academic)

    • Paid versions of MLJAR Studio are not covered under AGPLv3 but instead are licensed under a proprietary license provided by MLJAR.
    • These licenses are subscription-based (monthly or yearly) and grant access to additional features.
    • The license does not transfer ownership of the software but provides usage rights as defined in the licensing agreement.
    • Users must agree to the proprietary license terms before purchasing.

To access the MLJAR Studio, you must create an account at https://licenses.mljar.com.

MLJAR reserves the right to stop supporting previous versions when new major versions are released.

Payments and Pricing

Consumer Rights (If Selling to EU Users)

Right to Withdraw

Under EU law, software subscriptions may be subject to a 14-day refund policy, unless the user explicitly waives this right upon purchase. If applicable, MLJAR will provide an option to waive the refund right at checkout. If you do not waive this right, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used the software beyond initial activation.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure

If your MLJAR Studio subscription automatically renews, MLJAR will send a clear renewal notice at least 7 days before the renewal date in compliance with GDPR and EU contract laws. You may cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges.

A user who is a consumer may apply to the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection in Bialystok to initiate proceedings regarding the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes regarding the concluded Agreement (inspekcja.handlowa@bialystok.wiih.gov.pl). Out-of-court processing of complaints and redress is also possible through the European Commission's platform for online dispute resolution between consumers (only those from the EU) and ODR entrepreneurs. It is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The consumer may apply to this entity to initiate proceedings for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

The company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the operation of its services or the information, Content, or materials therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us at your own risk.

Although we make every effort to meet your expectations, we cannot ensure that the knowledge obtained through the services, practical tutorials, and Content meets your needs. We make no guarantees that you will receive these results due to your use of the Service.
